Product Introduction:

     2L Laboratory Small Vacuum Dispersion Emulsification Reactor can realize dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, mixing and other process procedures of materials under vacuum or pressure environment. It can be equipped with various high-efficiency macro-stirrers, high-shear homogenizing emulsifiers, reliable vacuum sealing systems and temperature control systems, and multiple sensing detection systems can simulate industrial production in a laboratory environment.

It is used for dispersion, mixing, emulsification, homogenization and dissolution of materials in the laboratory. Under vacuum or pressure conditions, the reaction processes such as stirring, homogenization, emulsification, dispersion and mixing of materials can be observed through the glass kettle.

It can simultaneously measure the temperature, pressure, viscosity, PH, etc. of materials. It can also heat or cool materials.

Product Features:

1) The homogenizing emulsification device of this machine can reach the bottom of the kettle, and internal circulation emulsification can be realized by using the emulsification head. By matching the high-speed emulsification device with the slow-speed scraper, the raw materials will form a strong circulation vortex, without dead angles, and the products can be fully mixed, emulsified, dispersed and homogenized to form a good uniform molecular structure. This type of emulsification system has better emulsification effect than the traditional one.

2) The sandwich structure can directly perform heating and cooling functions. When cooling, there is a spiral guide plate inside to make the material cool more fully.

3) The rotary vane vacuum pump is not only used for sucking raw materials, saving manpower. It adopts vacuum suction, especially for powder materials, which can avoid dust flying by vacuum suction. The whole process is carried out under vacuum conditions to prevent bubbles from being generated after high-speed stirring of materials, and it can meet the hygienic and aseptic requirements. It can also be used for degassing to make the product structure more compact and glossy, and to achieve a longer shelf life. The water-sealed pump will not produce oil and gas, which is suitable for GMP plant specifications.

4) The scraper can be disassembled and assembled without tools, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance work.

5) The kettle cover is equipped with a waterproof and dustproof floodlight and a sight glass, which is convenient for observing the production situation.

6) This machine is equipped with safety protection devices, such as vacuum safety device, three-phase power safety device, interlayer pressure safety valve, emergency stop button, etc., to ensure operation safety.
